PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
Oral presentation instructions
All the oral presentations should be in English (or in Turkish).
Each talk is 15 minutes long. We recommend dedicating 15 minutes to the presentation and 5 minutes to open discussion (questions and answers).
The following points should be taken into consideration when preparing your oral presentation:
*Ensure that you are available at least 30 minutes before the session starts on the day of the conference.
*The equipment available will be PC (inside windows) and Data Projector.
*The recommended software to be used is "PowerPoint" or "PDF Reader" (pdf).
Poster presentation instructions
All posters should be written and presented in English, the official language of the event (Posters in Turkish will also be accepted).
Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of their papers.
Your poster will be exhibited during the conference. Authors are expected to be at their poster during the session.
Posters will be listed by session in the Conference Programme, and e-Proceedings.
We recommend that you provide small envelopes for distributing your business cards and collecting business cards from those who request additional information. This is a good way of inviting and encouraging interaction with your audience. You may also wish to provide copies of a short summary of your presentation for distribution.

Posters should be printed and brought by each author to the conference. The poster can be up to 130 cm high x 90 cm wide. (51 in. high x 35½ in. wide) (look at the example on the right)
We will provide materials for attaching posters. However you can bring your own if you prefer.
Your poster should be readable from a distance of 2 meters. |

Important notice about Poster publication:
Poster final paper submission is optional; If you don't want to submit your poster as a final paper and only want to present it at the conference, it is acceptabe. But if you want your poster to be published in the Conference Abstracts & Proceedings e-publication with an ISBN and a DOI number, then you have to semd your poster as a word doc. before 30 December 2023 (final paper sending deadline).
Virtual (Online) Presentation Instructions
1.) Online Presentation via ZOOM is optional in this conference. If you don't want to choose to present online, you can participate in the conference virtually just by sending and publishing your final paper in the conference e-proceedings.
2.) The virtual participants who don't want to present online, don't need to prepaer a PPT (Power point presentation).
3.) The virtual participants who wants to present online via ZOOM have to confirm this by sending an email to conference secretary at least two weeks before the conference days.
4.) Virtual participants who will not present online will also get the same participation certificate.
