Abstract
The digital dimension in social life is unavoidable in its positive and/or negative consequences, with profound effects on the environmental, social and cultural fields. Through a literature review, this paper seeks to reflect, in a thoughtful way, the place of authentizotic organisations as a possible model of organisations as coordinated collective units involved in the materialisation of digital societies that should tend to be inclusive of all citizens and, simultaneously, in the proactive understanding and control of the harmfulness of this materialisation, seeking respect for all by maximising the potential positive effects.
Keywords: authentizotic organisation; digital societies, technological and social innovation.
